I am passionate about good communication through writing and design. I’ve been a writer since college, having majored in Journalism at San Diego State University. Over the years, I’ve held a variety of writing positions: copywriter, sales support writer, marketing writer, magazine writer. I’ve also spent time as a sales support trainer and Human Resources Consultant. On the side, I’ve volunteered at local schools, designing and copywriting marketing materials for charity auctions in addition to serving as Editor/Creative Director for several newspapers. Currently, I’m the Lifestyle Editor at Gastronomique En Vogue (GEV) Magazine. GEV Magazine is a quarterly online magazine catering to upmarket foodies and fashionistas all over the globe. I also provide marketing, design and writing services to clients. I live in Northern California with my husband and two sons. When I’m not at local athletic contests, you’ll often find me exploring the latest trends in food, wine and lifestyle.
